The Wyoming Lodging and Restaurant Association worked with Representative Landon Brown and several other groups during the 2017 legislative general session to pass HB 114- Service Animals. Beginning July 1, 2017 in Wyoming it is a misdemeanor crime punishable with a fine of up to $750.00 for falsely impersonating a service animal.

On Monday June 12, 2017 at 3:00 pm the Wyoming Lodging and Restaurant Association will host a free webinar that will provide detailed information about the ADA and the new Wyoming law related to service animals. There is no charge for WLRA members to attend the webinar but you must register. Please email Chris Brown at chris@wlra.org to reserve your spot today.
