Summit attendees will learn about branding best practices, how to participate with the Wyoming Office of Tourism CO-OP Program and how to embrace customer participation in shaping your brand. Additionally, Dan Noble, Director of the Wyoming Department of Revenue will discuss the recent Supreme Court decision regarding the Online Travel Companies tax collection. This issue will impact your lodging business starting in January and is not to be missed. State legislators will be in attendance to discuss expectations for the upcoming legislative general session. We will also thoroughly examine the labor shortage that many businesses are facing from both the state and industry perspectives.
Governor Matt Mead will be in attendance for our dinner and will be speaking about his vision for the future of Wyoming’s growing tourism industry.
