Welcome to the Wyoming Lodging and Restaurant Association
Our mission is to remain committed to improving the business climate and profit of the lodging, restaurant and tourism industry. Through government affairs, education and the communication of information we help our members deliver a quality product to the consumer.
Our vision is to be the most effective voice and to remain the strongest resource provider for hospitality and tourism in Wyoming. To serve the interests of the lodging and restaurant industry by working to improve the political, social and economic environment in which it operates.
As the 2019 Legislative General Session approaches, your association has outlined several key priorities designed to protect and grow the visitor economy. These are by no means our only initiatives as there are approximately 400 bills from individual legislators that have not been posted yet. This document will evolve as additional priorities come forward. Please use this document in your meetings with local legislators and please call Chris Brown at 307-634-8816 x 207 with any questions or if you need any assistance connecting with your legislators. We look forward to a productive 2019 session.

Nonetheless, federal law still only prohibits mandatory tip-sharing in limited circumstances.
