 2014 Allied Partnership and Event Sponsorship Opportunities

The WLRA is the most effective advocate and the strongest resource provider for the hospitality and tourism industry in Wyoming. The WLRA provides many benefits and resources to its members. One of the most prominent is the WLRA Allied Partnership Program. This vital program keeps our members in touch with the many suppliers operating in our industry and helps them connect with companies that support their industry’s mission and goals. Below you will find information on the levels of involvement in the Allied Partnership Program.

Description of tools in Allied Partner Program:

WLRA Membership Lists - By joining the WLRA you are investing in the only group representing, protecting and supporting the hospitality industry in Wyoming. As a member, you will receive our monthly Enewsletter so that you can stay on top of what is happening in our industry. The content will help you relate to, connect with and expand your customer base. The WLRA maintains a comprehensive contact list of our members that you will have access to at any time throughout the year. Please note that we do not share their email addresses.

Online Buyer’s Guide - Members use this tool to find suppliers that support their trade association. As an Allied Partner you will be able to update your listing at any time. We promote the Buyer’s Guide to our members continually throughout the year. This guide is open to non-members as well.

WLRA Enewsletter - The WLRA Enewsletter reaches nearly 1,000 industry contacts. Articles in the Enewsletter cover up to date industry news, trends, best practices, marketing ideas, government affairs and the current “need to know” information on Wyoming’s hospitality and tourism industry.

Wyoming Governor’s Hospitality and Tourism Conference - The annual conference will be held on February 23-25, 2014 at Little America in Cheyenne, WY. This incredible conference is attended annually by over 350 industry representatives and has grown into a “must attend” event for many. You will have the opportunity to meet and network with industry leaders and buyers from across the state. Your involvement not only provides you an opportunity to engage more deeply with your customers, but also reinforces the efforts to insure that Wyoming’s strong hospitality and tourism industry is sustained. There are opportunities to exhibit and sponsor events, aimed at networking and raising your visibility with the industry. The trade show is a dynamic marketplace held in the middle of all the action, taking place in the grand ballroom where all of the major meal events and legislative reception are held.

Wyoming Hospitality and Tourism Fall Summit - This annual fall-time conference will be located in Gillette, Wyoming in 2014. This summit assists businesses in gaining a better understanding of the current legislative issues and how they can better advocate for their industry. This event also provides attendees an opportunity to learn and share marketing and operational best practices. There is not a full trade show during this event, but sponsors are given a table outside of the meeting rooms to display information and products.
